PharmaDocs AI is an artificial intelligence-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist pharmaceutical quality assurance (QA) and regulatory affairs teams in generating GMP-compliant documentation, including but not limited to:
Documents are generated using AI-extracted data from uploaded Standard Test Procedures (STP) or Standard Product Certificates (SPC). The Service is intended as a productivity tool to assist qualified professionals and does not substitute for professional regulatory review.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind your organisation to these Terms. By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@ashabpharma.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including pharmaceutical regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction. You must not:

Subscription fees are billed in advance. All payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: Pro plan subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of first payment. After 7 days, no partial refunds are issued for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and access will continue until the end of the paid period.
Platform IP: All software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and content constituting the PharmaDocs AI Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Ashab Group. No licence is granted beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of documents you upload (STP/SPC files) and documents generated through the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content for the purpose of delivering the Service.
Your uploaded files and generated documents are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudinary). We do not share your proprietary pharmaceutical data with third parties except as required to deliver the Service (e.g., AI processing). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated documents are error-free, complete, or suitable for regulatory submission without professional review. All generated documents must be reviewed and approved by a qualified pharmaceutical professional before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ashab Group's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ashab Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 15 days' notice before removing a core feature relied upon by active paid subscribers.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably — please contact us first at info@ashabpharma.com.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
