Service Delivery

PharmaDocs AI is a digital, cloud-based service. There is no physical shipment. Access and document delivery are electronic and effectively immediate:

  • Account access is provisioned instantly upon registration at pharmadocsai.com.
  • Paid plan features are activated immediately after a successful payment is confirmed.
  • Generated documents (DOCX and Excel files) are produced on demand — typically within a few minutes of upload — and downloaded directly from your dashboard or via the API.
  • If a generation fails for a technical reason, it does not consume your quota and you may retry, or contact support for assistance.

Billing & Currency

Subscription fees are displayed on our pricing section and billed in advance. Applicable taxes are added where required. For full payment, renewal, and cancellation terms see our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Grievance & Escalation

If your enquiry is not resolved to your satisfaction, reply to your support thread requesting escalation, or email info@ashabpharma.com with subject "Escalation". We aim to acknowledge escalations within 2 business days.
