The Free plan is offered at no charge and does not involve any payment. There is nothing to refund for Free plan users. Free plan usage limits are subject to change with reasonable notice.
The Pro plan is billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. The billing amount is the price displayed at the time of subscription. Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment and is available once per account.

After the 7-day money-back period, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Upon cancellation:
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period's fees (unless within the 7-day guarantee window). You will simply not be charged for future periods.
Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise plans are governed by the individual contract signed between you and Ashab Group. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager at info@ashabpharma.com.
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees covering the unexpired portion of the current billing period on a pro-rata basis.
Approved refunds are processed within 48 business hours of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
If a payment fails (e.g., expired card), we will notify you and may suspend Pro features until payment is resolved. We will attempt re-billing up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, the subscription will be cancelled and the account will revert to the Free plan.
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend the account pending investigation.
