Refund & Cancellation Policy

Quick summary: Free plan users pay nothing. Pro subscribers get a 7-day money-back guarantee on their first payment. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime. Enterprise plans follow custom contract terms.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is offered at no charge and does not involve any payment. There is nothing to refund for Free plan users. Free plan usage limits are subject to change with reasonable notice.

2. Pro Plan — Subscription Terms

2.1 Billing

The Pro plan is billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. The billing amount is the price displayed at the time of subscription. Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

2.2 Money-Back Guarantee (First Payment Only)

If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment and is available once per account.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at info@ashabpharma.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your registered email]" within 7 days of payment.

2.3 Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day money-back period, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

2.4 Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

We will issue a full refund outside the 7-day window in the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate charge was made due to a technical error on our platform
  • The Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • A legal or regulatory requirement mandates a refund

Refund requests under these exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your Pro plan subscription at any time by:

  • Navigating to Dashboard → Plan & Billing → Cancel Subscription, or
  • Emailing us at info@ashabpharma.com with your registered email address

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
  • You retain access to all Pro features until the end of the current paid period
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the paid period
  • Your data (projects, documents, master data) is retained and accessible on the Free plan subject to its limits

3.3 Cancellation Does Not Trigger a Refund

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period's fees (unless within the 7-day guarantee window). You will simply not be charged for future periods.

4. Enterprise Plans

Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise plans are governed by the individual contract signed between you and Ashab Group. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager at info@ashabpharma.com.

5. Account Termination by Us

If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees covering the unexpired portion of the current billing period on a pro-rata basis.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 48 business hours of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

7. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails (e.g., expired card), we will notify you and may suspend Pro features until payment is resolved. We will attempt re-billing up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, the subscription will be cancelled and the account will revert to the Free plan.

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend the account pending investigation.

  • Include: Your account email, payment date, and reason for refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
